I have over 40 years of counselling experience in several areas of clinical practice including mental health, intellectual disabilities, marriage and family therapy, crisis intervention, addictions, corrections, health care, and private practice. Extensive training in several therapeutic modalities (e.g., Solution Focus Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, etc.) has enabled me to provide a wide range of individual, couple, family, and group interventions to diverse populations.

I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Religious Studies from Western University, Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor.
